- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup oats
- ¾ cup raspberry jam

Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter 8” square pan, line with foil, butter foil. Mix all except jam. Press 2 cups of mix in pan. Spread jam on top. Sprinkle mix on top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
