Ingredients Directions
  • 3 large mangoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 can (14-oz) light coconut milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Puree mango, coconut milk, sugar, lime juice, and salt in a food processor. Pour into 2 ½-oz capacity ice-pop molds. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
