- 3 large mangoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 can (14-oz) light coconut milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Puree mango, coconut milk, sugar, lime juice, and salt in a food processor. Pour into 2 ½-oz capacity ice-pop molds. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
