Chocolate mousse cake

Ingredients Directions
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 16 squares semisweet choco
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix sugar, butter, water, coffee, chocolate over low heat. Melt. Remove. Add eggs. Pour into spring form pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool. Beat cream and sugar. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
