Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with electric mixer at low speed 2 minutes; set aside. Combine strawberries, raspberries and blueberries in medium bowl; set aside. Slice cake into 12 slices. Each about ½-inch wide. Brush one side of each piece with liqueur; spread marmalade over liqueur. Cut cake slices in half lengthwise. Place 4 pieces of cake each against side of 6 martini or parfait glasses, with marmalade side toward center of glass. Place ¼ cup berries in bottom of each glass; top each with heaping 1/3 cup pudding mix and then ¼ cup berries. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and mint leaves, if desired.
